Where are they now?
Upon completion of the Sesuit Creek Restoration Project in 2008, politicians, planners, and project managers met on Bridge Street to congratulate themselves, to provide statements for the news media, and to pose for photographs . Whether they ever returned to see the devastating long-term results of the project is unknown. However, one thing is certain, the Sesuit Creek restoration has not turned out to be "a magical place" or the "outstanding environmental victory" they heralded a decade ago.
